We know every school and every individual is different, and we have multiple pathways to becoming a Champion Teacher.
Regional Initiative
Our #1 recommendation is to attend a 3-Day regional BRAVE Institute Training. This is an in-person training, where we gather aspiring Champion Teachers from the region to:
Learn the Sweethearts & Heroes BRAVE curriculum
Receive hands-on Circle Training
Practice facilitation and leadership skills
This experience is transformational—not just professionally, but personally.
In-District Initiative
When a regional BRAVE Institute isn’t available in your area, we bring the training to you and your district or school.
This pathway includes:
Separate Circle Training
A BRAVE Orientation Training at your school
Launch support, where we help you initiate our BRAVE classes with your students
This path is the most common and includes in-person training and yearlong remote support.
Digital Initiative
Finally, if you are looking for a flexible, self-paced, explorative approach, all you need is access to our HOPE Classroom, hosted on the strength-based Thrively platform.
All our BRAVE and STEP classes are housed on this platform, along with all the Circle Training and resources you need to bring the Sweethearts & Heroes message and Circle practices to your district.
The HOPE Classroom is a yearlong subscription required to teach our classes.
