The Sweethearts & Heroes Fund, supported by The Foundation of Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (CVPH), helps schools access programs that strengthen school culture, build student leadership, and promote positive relationships.

Through this initiative, schools can apply to bring Sweethearts & Heroes services to their community with a 50–50 cost share: half of the program cost is covered by the CVPH Foundation, and the other half by the school.

To be considered, please complete and submit the application form, after which the Sweethearts & Heroes and CVPH team will review the submission and determine eligibility.
